A trusted source of BGR is reporting that iOS 4.3.2 will be available in the next few weeks to address security issues and several bugs. Perhaps this is a quick fix to the random FaceTime image bug that has caused legitimate privacy concerns.
It also looks like the iPhone Dev-Team will be busy after having just released the 4.3.1 jailbreak.
