The good folks at Gizmodo have uncovered that fact that iOS 5 brings a secure “private browsing” mode to mobile Safari. While this would be great for keeping your porn habit a secret, I suspect Steve was more concerned about other things, like banking transactions.
The above screenshot shows the setting panel in iOS 5 beta which activates the new private browsing mode in Mobile Safari.
