Despite his resignation as Apple’s CEO, Steve Jobs will retain the position of Chairman of the Board, and is expected to remain actively involved in Apple’s product strategy and corporate future.
The Wall Street Journal‘s sources have strongly indicated that Steve Jobs has remained actively involved in the company up to this point, and that’s not likely to change any time soon.
Steve Jobs will likely continue to guide and advise Tim Cook and others at Apple while serving as Chairman of the Board, and his influence will likely persist at Apple for some time.
Rest assured – Apple is in good hands.
