A new post on Apple’s Developer News Page is now instructing developers to get their apps ready for iCloud Backup and Restore.
iCloud is bringing a new way to back up application info using iCloud, making it easier to restore your iDevice without using a computer, and possibly allowing you to sync application data between devices.
Apple notes that it’s important for developers to read the new iCloud Data Storage Guidelines to make sure that your app will work properly with iCloud Backup & Restore, which will be available in iOS 5.
