It’s been a long time coming, but TUAW is now reporting that Dreamworks Animation has finally relented, and is allowing its collection of movies to be sold through iTunes.
Dreamworks Animation titles currently available include Kung Fu Panda, Monsters vs. Aliens, Bee Movie, Madagascar 2, The Prince of Egypt, and Shrek the Third. There are a total of 12 Dreamworks titles currently available, although it’s likely that additional titles will hit the iTunes Store in the near future.
I’m rather excited to see film studios continuing to move towards Apple and the iTunes Store, which continues to have an increasingly broad selection of movies, music, and television shows available.
