Twitter To Discuss iOS 5 Integration At October 10th Developer’s Conference

Twitter has announced a pair of developer conferenced in both New York and London on October 10th and October 12th to discuss Twitter integration using Apple’s forthcoming iOS 5, reports TheNextWeb.

If these reports are accurate, the events will begin occurring just 6 days after Apple’s October 4th press event, suggesting that Apple will have already released iOS 5 to the public by then. From Twitter’s Jason Costa:

There’s a lot going on in the ecosystem and we’d like to take this chance to share the highlights with you – including the latest developments with the platform, areas of opportunity that we’re seeing, and a heavy focus on the iOS 5 Twitter integration for developers. We’ll also be holding a Q&A session with members of the platform team, plus time to hang out with each other.

Apple typically releases new versions of iOS close after media events, and within a week or so of a new hardware release.
