iPhone Mod Pays Unique Tribute To Steve Jobs

A Chinese apple fan has created perhaps one of the most context appropriate Steve Jobs tributes of all time – an iPhone back panel mod with a modified Apple logo featuring Steve Jobs’ silhouette, with the years of his life displayed below.

Originally revealed by a M.I.C. Gadget reader, this back panel mod is made from real glass, and replaces the back panel of your iPhone 4 or 4S, fastening securely to the back of your device.

It’s a very elegant, simple, and beautiful tribute to Steve Jobs that you can carry in your pocket. It’s especially appropriate for this tribute to be on the back of a device that Jobs himself used to revolutionize the mobile phone industry.

The panel is available for purchase online for $23.90, but it likely won’t be available for long, as Apple tends to be pretty fast to issue cease and desist letters for unauthorized products like this.
