Posted in Apple News, iPad on 24/01/2012 by J. Glenn Künzler

If you’ve already jailbroken your iPad 2 using the new Absinthe jailbreak, it’s time to put it to the test by installing Siri on your iPad 2! The process isn’t for the faint of heart, but will teach you plenty of skills that will come in handy down the road.

Installing Siri on the iPad 2 involves setting up your own SiriProxy server and editing your iPad’s filesystem, and is not without its risks. Still, if you’re feeling bold and want to try something new, iDownloadBlog provides all the instructions you need to make the magic happen – just make sure you back your device up before starting!

Check out the below video tutorial from iDownloadBlog for a visual guide through the process, or head on over to the full post for more detailed instructions. Good luck! If you haven’t yet jailbroken your iPad 2, be sure to check out our jailbreak guide to find out how!
