Apple II Gets New Lease On Life In Awesome Teardown and Rebuild Project

Apple II Gets New Lease On Life In Awesome Teardown and Rebuild Project

I’m huge fan of anything involving taking a part Macs, either for modding or upgrading/rebuilding, and Todd Harrison has done exactly the latter in his latest project, taking apart an Apple II to repair it and give it a new lease on life.

The Apple II is completely disassembled, everything is cleaned, and he goes into great detail about the history and the actual components themselves.

It’s worth a watch, and it’s great inspiration for anyone who is interested in either Mac modding (like me) or simply some Apple history and a trip down memory lane.
