Retina-Ready Apps Hit the Mac App Store Ahead of WWDC

As if we didn’t already have enough to be excited about leading up to Monday’s WWDC keynote, TheNextWeb adds a bit more fuel to the fire by noting that Retina-ready Mac apps are already appearing in the Mac App Store, hinting even further at those Retina-display Macs we’ve been hearing about.

Of course, this could just mean developers are getting everything ready “just in case,” but it’s pretty interesting to see at any rate – and even more interesting that Apple is approving apps with the term ‘Retina’ in the description!

Apple is widely expected to unveil several new Macs next week, including MacBook Pros with Retina displays. If the rumors are true (and they may very well be), it looks like we’ve all got a lot to be excited about – and that’s just one piece of what Apple would discuss at WWDC!
