Apple Rolls Out New iCloud.com Beta Site to Developers

Following earlier leaks that showed new web-based versions of Reminders and Notes on iCloud.com, Apple has now activated a new iCloud.com beta site for registered iOS developers featuring the two new web apps, as well as new beta versions of other iCloud.com apps.

MacRumors.com provides details on a few of the changes, such as a more polished version of Find my iPhone with a battery status indicator, the removal of Reminders from the Calendar App (Reminders is now a standalone app), and more.

Considering that this is an early beta, it’s difficult to say how much of this will remain the same when Apple actually launches the new iCloud web portal. We at MacTrast have chosen not to violate our non-disclosure agreement with Apple – but you can find more details on the new beta over at MacRumors and 9to5Mac .

The new iCloud web apps are expected to launch alongside iOS 6 this fall.
