Mitt Romney References Steve Jobs In Acceptance Speech

Politics and Apple seem to stay, for the most part separate, but Republican candidate Mitt Romney referenced Steve Jobs in his acceptance speech on Thursday, stating that he ‘changed the world’, Fortune reports.

Romney:

…That’s what this President doesn’t seem to understand. Business and growing jobs is about taking risk, sometimes failing, sometimes succeeding, but always striving. It is about dreams. Usually, it doesn’t work out exactly as you might have imagined. Steve Jobs was fired at Apple. He came back and changed the world.

Steve Jobs was known to have had various discussions with Barack Obama regarding the US economy, and it certainly seems that Republican or Democrat, Steve Jobs is the model of how to succeed.
