50 Cent, an investor in Hang With, Inc., says, “I’m going to bring my fans behind the scenes and give the opportunity to those who couldn’t make it a chance to experience a concert at South by Southwest.”

The Hang w/ app allows users to “hang with” each other via live video and simultaneous chat. Users can follow other users who interest them, and the system sends the users a notification every time someone they are “following” on the network goes live.

So, if none of the acts appearing at the first night of the iTunes Festival SXSW interest you, then you have at least “50 Cent” worth of options.
