Apple TV Features New A&E, History, and Lifetime Channels

While owners of first-generation Apple TVs are reporting issues accessing iTunes, Apple has much better news for those owning 2nd-generation and above Apple TVs, as it has added three new channels to the Apple TV lineup:  A&E, The History Channel, and Lifetime.

Each channel requires a cable subscription via DirecTV, Verizon FiOS, or Cablevision Optimum, however the latest episodes of each channels programs are reportedly available without needing to unlock the channels.

The channels feature episodes of such favorites as Pawn Stars, American Pickers, Duck Dynasty, and more.

The channels are reportedly currently limited to viewers in the United States.
