Apple and the City of Cupertino, CA have shared the latest aerial shot of the progress being made on Apple’s Campus 2 construction project.

The new shot, posted to the City of Cupertino’s website, provides a different angle and wider view of the surrounding campus compared to the last aerial photo from earlier this month.

Apple’s general project schedule indicates street utilities and demolition work is expected to finish this year, with earthmoving continuing into early 2015, and main building construction going into late 2016.

The new 176 acre Campus 2 headquarters is expected to house 12,000 employees in a 2.8 million square foot area upon its completion in 2016.
