Google Drive for iOS Gets Touch 3D, Slide Over and Split View Support

Google has updated its Google Drive iOS app to include a number of new features and enhancements. Version 4.4 adds 3D Touch support for the iPhone 6s and iPhone 6s Plus, adding quick shortcuts to options to upload photos, and quickly search the contents of your Google Drive storage.

Google Drive for iOS Gets Touch 3D, Slide Over and Split View Support

The update also adds the option to receive push notifications whenever a new file is shared with the user, as well as iOS 9 Spotlight compatibility allowing searching your Drive files directly from Spotlight. The update also adds Split View and Slide Over support for the iPad and iPad Pro.
