MacTrast told you back in April that popular luxury brand Coach was working on a set of designer bands for the Apple Watch. Now comes word that Coach Apple Watch bands will debut in select Coach retail stores on June 12.
Haute Écriture‘s David Boglin de Bautista has been sharing details on the design of the bands gleaned from sales representatives and over the weekend, he learned Coach retail stores will be receiving the bands starting next week.
Coach plans to release the bands in three styles: Leather Strap with Charms, Wild Beast Camo, and Tea Rose Appliqué. Each style will be available in three colors for a total of nine different bands.
Coach salespeople are reported to be happily sharing info about the upcoming bands with their customers, and all bands will be available in women’s styles only, and will be priced at $150 per band.
de Bautista says a Coach sales representative told him the bands are being manufactured in small quantities, and they are expected to sell out quickly. The bands will be available in select California, Nevada, and New York Coach retail locations, and will not be available online at release. The sales associate at the brand’s Madison Ave boutique told de Bautista the bands may get a later launch online.
