How To Quickly View the Battery Level of Connected Bluetooth Devices in iOS 11

There are a large number of Bluetooth capable devices that connect wirelessly to your iPhone and iPad. Such devices include the Apple Watch, AirPods, the Apple Pencil, and many more.

Did you know there is an easy way to quickly check the battery level of those connected devices? Here’s How.

How To Quickly View the Battery Level of Connected Bluetooth Devices in iOS 11

While on the Home Screen of your iOS 11 device, simply swipe to the right with your finger. (I suppose your nose would work, if that’s how you roll.)

Here, you’ll see the battery charge level widget, which displays the remaining charge for each of the devices that are currently connected to your iOS device via Bluetooth. (If you don’t see this widget, scroll down to the bottom of the widgets screen and tap “Edit” to add the widget to your display.)

AirPods users can also see the battery level of their wireless earbuds and their charging case, by opening the case while your iPhone is on. The battery level of each individual AirPod and the charging case will appear on screen, as shown in the right-hand screenshot above.
