A new report concerning a possible Mac Pro refresh has surfaced today, using evidence taken from a now-removed Apple Online Store image that showed a Mac Pro pictured next to one of the new Thunderbolt RAID devices.

Its been anything but a quiet notion that Apple is expected to reveal a next-gen iPhone in the fall, with most rumors suggesting a release in September. A new report, however, indicates that the release will come in October – and include the iPad 3!

Apple is to create 350 new jobs in Cork City, Ireland. Apple already employ nearly 3,000 people in its European HQ in Hollyhill just outside Cork City. The new office space is to be located in the heart of the city just off Patrick St in Half Moon Street and is expected to house sales and support staff

In an interesting twist, Kelly Janeth Mejia, a police officer who normally would recover a stolen iPad, reportedly stole one herself. Security cameras saw her remove it from someone else’s bin at a TSA security checkpoint. Her response to the accusation? “I found it!”

According to market analysts, Apple is looking to become more agressive with iPad 2 sales, and may ship 12-14 million iPads from July to September – an increase from the 7-9 million they shipped this quarter!

A concerning story has surfaced today – A 23-year old Marietta, Georgia man was arrested at his local Walmart for using the video camera on his iPod Nano to film up the skirts of women. He was taken to jail, but has been released on $10,000 bail.
