Today Apple announced the arrival of OS X Lion for sometime in July. Why they didn’t give a specific day for the release is anybody’s guess. What’s also of confusion is the technical requirement for installing and running OS X Lion.
Following their impressive keynote, Apple has updated the information on their Lion and iOS 5 pages to reflect their announcements. The pages include new information, videos, and more to keep the thirsty fans at bay.
The next version of OS X Server, Lion OS X Server, will arrive alongside OS X Lion in July. Rather than provide two seperate downloads, you will be able to purchase OS X server as an add-on for OS X Lion for $49.99.
Apple today brought us one giant leap closer to OS X Lion. It was announced today that Lion will arrive in July but no specific date in July was given. What we do know is that OS X Lion will be available as a download through the Mac App Store and will come in at 4GB in size for a price of $29.99.
