FaceTime Now Available To Buy In The App Store

Apple today launched FaceTime via the App Store for $0.99. This release allows 720p video calling from Mac to Mac. The latest Macbook Pro range include Facetime HD Cameras for a more crisp display and the app comes pre-installed.

According to the invitation received by The Loop, the event will be held at the Yerba Buena Center for the Arts at 10:00 am. Intel’s Light Peak Coming To MacBook Pros

According to Engadget (via MacRumors, fscklog, and Mac4Ever), Light Peak will likely be coming to MacBook Pro’s on Thursday, branded as ThunderBold I/O. This information is derived from a supposedly leaked specification printout for the new 13″ MacBook Pro, as well as a picture of the port on a 13″ chassis.
