Wait a minute! That’s not Mario, it’s not even Luigi! That’s an impostor!
A new platform game has arrived on the App Store called Monino. Monino’s brother was captured by a monster called Bowler, and Monino is on a mission to rescue his brother who is tied up in Bowler’s castle. But first, Monino must get past a lot of monsters on various different levels before rescuing his brother.
Mmm, all of the above sounds a bit familiar.
The “game” is a complete rip on Super Mario. I actually don’t think you can call it a rip. No effort was made to conceal the fact that this is a carbon copy of Nintendo’s favorite Italian plumbing duo.
If you want to get Monino, and subsequently make baby Jesus cry, you need to RUN over to the app store and fork out $0.99 before Apple pull this app.
How on Earth did this app get through the review process in the first place?
