Trumpet iPhone Speaker – Why Not?

I know what you’re thinking right now! You’re thinking; “What on Earth am I going to do with all those rusty old trumpets under my bed?”

Okay, so maybe you’re not thinking that. But if you do have a trumpet to spare, you might consider using it as an iPhone speaker?

The above interpretation of an iPhone speaker is from artist Christopher Locke.

I made it from a broken trumpet and a fistful of scrap metal. The unit uses no external power or batteries, has no moving parts, and is entirely self-contained

What an elegant solution. Now to buy a trumpet and throw out my boring electronic speakers.
