Car Drives Over An iPad. iPad Survives Thanks To G-Form.

The G-Form guys were kind enough to send me out one of their iPad sleeves in the post after we covered some of the mad hat tests they put their cases through.

When I opened the package, my first reaction was “Sweet, a G-Form case”. But that thought quickly turned sour as I thought “Damn, now I have to do something crazy to test this case”. The G-Form guys have already dropped bowling balls and thrown their iPads out of airplanes from 500 feet above. So what could I possibly do to test the level of protection the G-Form case provides?

How about driving my car over my iPad 2?

Thankfully, the guys over at MobileSyrup (via 9to5) have already taken care of business and I don’t have to risk damaging my own iPad. Check out their video below to see how an iPad wearing a G-Form case fares against a car.

So what will I test my case against? A sledgehammer? A bullet? A meteorite? Oh, and can I borrow your iPad for a few days?
