Inside Apple’s New “Customer Pulse” Program

I recently received an email inviting me to participate in a new Apple Program called Customer Pulse. The program is a survey-based panel that is designed to allow customers to provide Apple feedback about their products.

The program will provide up to 2 surveys per month, completed on a voluntary basis, and can be about anything relating to the experience of purchasing, owning, or using Apple products. Here’s a shot of the email I received:

The survey was swift and painless, took about 3 minutes, and was kind of fun to fill out, to be honest. I hope that Apple really does amazing things with this new program – it’s certainly a step in the right direction.

As much as a new customer feedback program can be minor news, it’s important to note how Apple Customer Pulse is a described as a community with ongoing subjects and material to share — it’ll be interesting to see how the service will play out in the next months and whether Apple has bigger plans for it.
