A Sneak Peek at iOS 5

Silicon Alley Insider has gotten their hands on a developer copy of iOS 5 and clearly broken Apple’s non-disclosure agreement to post screenshots of the forthcoming mobile OS.

The gallery below shows the all new setup process that will finally cut iOS from the PC along with the deep Twitter integration, new Music player app, Newsstand, notifications center, iMessage and more. There are some really nice UI changes and features which make it even harder to wait until autumn to get our hands on iOS 5.

James first bit into Apple when his mom and dad bought an Apple IIe in 1986. He switched to Wintel in the mid 90s when Apple was in a tailspin and back again to an iBook in 2005 when things were looking brighter. Hopefully there is no turning back to the dark side now.
