Bump A Smoke? There’s An App For That

Two Miami Ad School Brooklyn students created a fake campaign for Marlboro. The students, Jennine Punzone & Manasvi Abrol, created an ad campaign for a fictional iPhone app that lets users exchange virtual smokes in return for a free packet of Marlboros.

The app would use “Bump” technology that lets one user pass a virtual cigarette to another, once you have collected a full packet of virtual Marlboros, you can cash in for a real packet at your local store.

Fortunately this app never saw the light of day and is purely smoke and mirrors.
