Now that Apple has released Lion Developer Preview 4 in line with WWDC, many people have been discovering changes. Know that beautiful galaxy wallpaper they kept showing during the WWDC demos? Yup, that’s included in high resolution in Lion, and you can preview (and download it) below!
We’ve put together a file that contains all of the preview images from Lion Developer Preview 3, as well as the new background. The backgrounds are in gorgeous 3200X2000 high resolution, and look fantastic! We took the liberty of adding them to MegaUpload, and you can download them all here for free (It’s a 27MB download)
It’s refreshing to see that all current Lion wallpapers support are designed to be an astounding 3200×2000 pixels in resolution, making it possible for Apple to migrate to higher resolution displays (perhaps Retina, in some cases) in the near future.
