Apple & AT&T Are Already Field-Testing The iPhone 5

According to the latest reports, the iPhone 5 is already in the hands of AT&T for field testing before its official release. If this is true, we could possibly see the next iPhone as early as the end of the month!

Personally, I’m still hedging my bets on a September release for the iPhone 5, but it’s still exciting to hear that Apple and AT&T are already field testing the new device, which gives us all an additional chance that one could carelessly be left sitting on a bar stool.

The report claims that AT&T is running tests for signal reception and connectivity, and as soon as they are finished with their testing, the plans for the iPhone 5 will be finalized, and the iPhone 5 will enter mass production. The iPhone 5 has apparently been in AT&T’s hands since July 6th.
