While imitation may be the sincerest form of flattery, in the corporate world it is silly and shameless. Further, it reflects a profound lack of both creativity and brand identity – what good is your brand if its just a cheap imitation of someone else’s?
While Acer’s new model is slightly thinner and heavier than the MacBook Air, the similarities are extremely obvious – Acer has clearly knocked off Apple’s design in a blatant and profound maner.
Perhaps Apple should take a break from suing Samsung for long enough to address this?
