A new product from Elgato, makers of the popular iTV device for watching live TV on a Mac or PC, has just announced the EyeTV Mobile – An HDTV tuner that allows you to watch live TV on your iPad.
The EyeTV Mobile is specifically designed for the iPad 2, and using the device is as simply as connecting it to your iPad’s dock connector and opening a free app. The TV signal comes straight through the built-in antenna, and does not require an internet connection.
The device is available now for €99 (about $163 USD) and can be ordered directly from Elgato’s website.
