Google+ Gets Its First (Unofficial) Mac App

Google+ Gets Its First (Unofficial) Mac App

Those of you that have gotten in to Google+ and have found it an inseparable part of your digital lives will be pleased to know that Teens In Tech Labs’ Creative Director (and CEO of Sully Creative) has created the first Mac app for Google+!

The app is fairly simply, and is basically just a ported web page like you might create in Fluid, but Sully Taylor has already done the work for you. Further, according to Taylor, Fluid simply isn’t robust enough to keep up with the plans that he has for the app.

The app requires Google Chrome and OS X, and seems to work well on Lion (from my experience at least). If you want to download the app, just click this link (direct download) and give it a go – let us know what you think!

Perhaps this will tide us all over until Google releases a Mac app of their own.
