iPhone 5 Could Reach Russia As Soon As November

Russian business newspaper RBC Daily is claiming that Russian wireless carriers are currently in negotiation with Apple to launch the upcoming iPhone 5 in Russia as early as November.

This is notable mainly because previous iPhone models have been fairly slow to arrive in Russian, resulting in a significant “grey market” for unauthorized importing and selling of Apple devices. Bringing the iPhone 5 to Russia in November would largely nullify these concerns.

The iPhone 5 is widely expected to hit the US market in either September of October, with September being the far more common belief.
