Jailbreak Wizard Comex Joining Apple As An Intern

Comex, the guy behind popular Jailbreak web app Jailbreak Me is moving from the dark side to the shiny aluminum side.

In a bit of a strange maneuver, the jailbreak expert – whose site has been used by more than 3 million hackers – is taking up an internship with Apple .

Jailbreak.me allows iPad and iPhone users to Jailbreak their device in order to install Cydia based apps.

The internship will see Comex, real name Nicholas Allegra, working with Apple instead of against them. It’s not clear what Comex will be working on but let’s hope Apple don’t beat him up!

Cormac Moylan

Based in Cork, Ireland, his first foray into the Apple world was way back in 2006 when he purchased an iMac followed by a Macbook around 4 weeks later. He currently owns a Macbook Pro, iMac, Mac Mini, iPhone 4, iPod Touch, and Apple TV. But he prefers to buy watches. Go figure!
