From Apple:

We’re taking iOS 5 on a world tour and we want you to come along for the ride. Learn from Apple experts as you take your apps to the next level with the exciting new technologies in iOS. Space is limited, so register today.

The event is free for all registered iOS developers, but space at these events is limited, and these typically fill up relatively fast. Apple will be holding events in the following cities:

The event will cover topics such as how to implement iCloud storage, user interface design, AirPlay, Core Image, Newsstand and more in your apps, and is a great way to get some free training.
