Apple Updates Steve Jobs Memorial Page With Over 1 Million Fan Tributes

Apple has been collecting tributes to Steve Jobs from fans and admirers since his passing two weeks ago today, and has collected over a million tributes. The company has now updated their official Steve Jobs tribute page to display those thoughts and comments.

From Apple:

Over a million people from all over the world have shared their memories, thoughts, and feelings about Steve. One thing they all have in common — from personal friends to colleagues to owners of Apple products — is how they’ve been touched by his passion and creativity. You can view some of these messages below. And share your own at rememberingsteve@apple.com

There has been a tremendous outpouring of tributes to Jobs since his passing, with many Apple Stores, the official Apple Headquarters, and even Steve Jobs’ personal home becoming makeshift shrines to Jobs’ Memory. Many prominent political and technology figures, even many of Apple’s rivals, also shared thoughts, condolences and tributes following his passing.

Apple will be keeping rememberingsteve@apple.com open, and invites everyone to continue sending their thoughts and tributes to Steve Jobs. Farewell, Steve. You’ll be missed more that you will ever know.
