AT&T Extends iPhone Refund Policy Ahead Of iPhone 4S Launch

AT&T has extended their exchange policy for the iPhone 3GS and iPhone 4 in order to accomodate the iPhone 4S release, reports ModMyi. Customers who have purchased an iPhone 3GS or iPhone 4 after September 4th will be able to get a refund if they choose to upgrade to the iPhone 4S.

Eligible customers will be able to return their devices for their original purchase price (minus a $35 stocking fee if the device has been used), enabling customers to simply pay the difference in price between the iPhone 3GS or iPhone 4 they purchased and an iPhone 4S. AT&T will also allow the customers to keep the device until the iPhone 4S arrives.
