Samsung Aims To Ban iPhone 4S In France & Italy

As if the legal disagreements between Apple and Samsung hadn’t gone far enough already, Reuters reports that Samsung is seeking a complete sales ban on the iPhone 4S in Italy and France.

Once again, Samsung cites violations of a number of trademarks and patents related to basic wireless technologies used by the iPhone 4S (and every other mobile phone in existence) as their basis for the ban.

French and Italian law allow companies to ban a product’s sales even before it hits the market.
