Steve Jobs Biography Set To Become Amazon’s Best-Selling Book Of 2011

Walter Isaacson’s new Steve Jobs biography has already been extremely popular in pre-orders. In fact, according to Reuters, “Steve Jobs” is on track to become Amazon’s best selling book of 2011.

The book is currently the best selling book on Amazon.com, which stands as a testament to the intense amount of public interest surrounding the life and thoughts of the Apple co-founder and technology icon. Amazon spokeswoman Brittany Turner has this to say: “The way things are trending, it could very likely be our top-selling book of the year.”

Amazon did not comment on the percentage of sales between digital and physical copies of the book, although the report suggests that the digital version of the book is likely to outsell the print version for the next six months.

The book is already at #13 on Amazon’s 2011 best seller list due to the large number of pre-orders placed for the book.
