Apple Launches iTunes Boxing Week Album Sale

Apple is running a Boxing Week Sale in the Canadian iTunes Store this week, with songs from just $0.69 and albums from $5.99. Even though Boxing Day/Week is celebrated in other countries such as the UK and Australia, Apple has seemingly only done this for Canada.

Some of the albums on sale include Mylo Xyloto by Coldplay, Wasting Light by the Foo Fighters and Take Care by Drake. It is unknown whether Apple will host a boxing day sale later on in Australia, the UK and New Zealand, but it seems reasonable that they would.

*Update: The albums are now also available in the U.S. for $7.99 as an extension of the Canadian promotion.
