Google+ App Updated With Full-Res Photo Uploads, Search, Photo +1 and More

Google has released an update to their Google+ social networking app for iPhone (free, App Store link), bringing a fancy new icon, support for full-res image uploads, searching, photo +1, and more.

In addition to the above, the app also sports a new search bar, allowing you to search for people and content quickly and efficiently. The update also contains various bug fixes and performance improvements.
