Meet iTree – The World’s Largest iPhone Dock

Docks, whether they be for iPhone or iPod, have become incredibly popular in recent years as a result of Apple’s devices. You can get them in all shapes and forms with all sorts of features, but none of them are quite as extraordinary as iTree – potentially the largest dock ever made.

KMKG studio, the Australian creators, will sell you one for the tidy sum of, wait for it, $15,000. It’s up to you to decide whether it’s worth it, but being able to brag that you have a tree trunk that can play music is pretty cool. And they’re custom made.

What’s more, this thing can actually produce some great quality sound. They are built in cooperation with Trenner & Heidi, a speaker company. The audio technology has a frequency response of 45Hz to 40Khz (whatever that means), but apparently it goes toward great sound coming out of the speakers. If I was rich enough, I would buy one, definitely.
