Scottsdale Apple Store Robbed by Six Armed Teens, Only Three Were Caught

Six armed teenagers broke into the Scottsdale Quarter Apple Store in Arizona yesterday morning, reports Fox News, shattering the front glass and quickly snatching $70-80,000 worth of products.

A cab driver spotted the fleeing thieves and pursued them, but stopped when they began firing shots. Scottsdale Police later managed to track down and arrest three of the teens for felony burglary and weapons charges.

When questioned, one of the teens reportedly responded by saying “All this over a couple of iPods?” Unfortunately, three of the teens still haven’t been captured, and nothing is known about their identities.

Only a portion of the merchandise has been recovered so far. Meanwhile, police are continuing their search for the remaining three teens.

The robbery took place before the store opened for the day, and fortunately nobody was harmed in the incident. See the below clip for related video footage from Fox News.
