Apple is continuing their expansion by renting another 156000 square feet of offices in Sunnyvale, CA, an announcement from the Cupertino city council reveals. Situated near Apple HQ in Cupertino, the new offices will house about 400 employees.

The building is situated on Mathilda and McKinley avenues, with the next door building being Nokia’s offices. Apple should start using the building in Q3 of 2012, while waiting for their massive “Mothership” campus to be completed.
