iHeadCase – A Unique iPhone Case With Built-in Headphone Storage (Kickstarter)

I love Kickstarter. It’s a breeding ground for great ideas just looking for buyers to support them. One neat idea I recently discovered on Kickstarter is called the iHeadCase – a durable and protective iPhone 4/4S case with built-in headphone storage!

Despite the wireless world that we live in, the best way to enjoy clear, crisp audio is with wired headphones, which can easily get tangled, and are rarely exactly where you need them when you want to listen. The iHeadCase solves that problem by tethering your headphones directly to the back of your device!

iHeadCase is a protective smartphone case which has a Headphone Storage System concealed in the back, coming in Hardshell and Wallet versions. The initial Kickstarter iHeadCase is designed for the iPhone 4/4S but we will launching Wallet versions for most other popular smartphones including Blackberry, Samsung, HTC, Nokia and Portable Media Players such as iPod and iTouch.

Besides just storing your headphones, the compartment on the back of this case also carefully stores your cord, allowing you to quickly unravel and use your headphones, but keeping them safe and tangle-free when you aren’t listening.

The iHeadCase comes in two versions: Hardshell and Wallet, with the latter containing lots for cash and up to 3 credit cards. The Hardshell, on the other hand, includes a durable kickstand for resting your device in place of the card and cash slots. Both versions include a kickstand for resting your device to watch videos, as well. A nice added bonus!

For more information, or to show your support by backing the project and reserving an iHeadCase of your very own (starting at $25), head on over to the project’s landing page on Kickstarter.
