How the iPad is Changing the Restaurant Industry

Since being the released, the iPad has transformed a number of industries and made things simpler and more interactive. Now, it’s taking another area by storm: restaurants. More and more restaurant owners are deciding to install iPad-based ordering systems, and several systems have emerged to suit their needs.

MenuPad allows you to set up a tailor made ordering system based off iPads, and even though it probably won’t come cheap, it guarantees that your customer will adore the choosing and ordering process. MenuPad allows customers to view their food close up, but also call waiters and order by tapping the screen.

ChowNow also offers a similar service, and I can see many more app developers coming up with ways in which customers can order food interactively using technology.
