New iPhone Coming This Fall With LTE 4G and ‘New Micro-Dock’ Connector?

According to new information received by iMore, Apple’s next iPhone will arrive sometime this October, bringing LTE support and a 3.5-inch or similarly sized screen, and will also mark the introduction of a new miniature “micro dock” designed to replace Apple’s current 30-pin connector.

Rene Ritchie of iMore accurately predicted an October launch for the iPhone 4S (which was then thought to be called the iPhone 5), as well as more recently correctly predicting the release date for the new iPad, and that it would include 4G LTE support, which of course came true.

The report didn’t chime in on whether Apple will keep the same design for the next iPhone or introduce a fresh new design, but iMore’s previous track record suggests that there are now a few things we can be reasonably sure of about Apple’s next iPhone.
