Apple Removes Aperture, iWork Trials From Website

Apple has removed the Aperture and iWork trials from their website, which means that users will no longer have the option of trying them out before buying. Their former trial pages (ApertureiWork) now feature a message informing customers of their availability on the Mac App Store.

This is another step taken by Apple towards making their software distribution a Mac App Store exclusive operation, even though for more expensive Apple software, like the $299 Final Cut Pro, a trial version still remains available.
