FoxTrot creator, cartoonist Bill Amend, has packaged his popular comic strip for the iPad, using Apple’s free iBooks Author publishing tool.

Amend released these iPad mini-books recently and calls them the “FoxTrot Pad Pack”. Each Pad Pack is US$1.99 and contains a mixture of 100 strips curated from the 24-year-old comic strip series.
Amend currently has three “packs” available in iTunes, and is planning to add a new one every few months (iTunes link).
He also has plans to bring the packs to other devices, including the Kindle, Nook, and Android tablets.
