Apple To Open Third Beijing Store Later This Month

Apple is expanding into China  slowly but surely, and it has just confirmed its third store in Beijing, with the tell tale Apple banners going up indicating a release soon, with some even guessing before the end of the month, MICGadget reports.

The store, as you can see from the photos, is going to be huge, with a massive glass display and a wide open space.

Located on Wangfujing Street in the Beijing city centre, it should be the biggest so far in Beijing at four storeys.

Rumor has it that it will open on October 20th in time for the launch of the iPhone 5 in China, however it is unknown if they will be able to finish it that quickly.

While it’s great to see another store in Beijing, I think Apple’s priority should be getting at least one Apple Store in every major city in China.  Imagine if the US only had several stores, most of which were in New York or LA. That really doesn’t help most people who live in other cities. Nevertheless, Beijing is now well catered for, and Apple fans there can look forward to another great store.
